Return Policy:

OOLI aims for 100% customer satisfaction. We have a 15-day return policy should you need to return your unopened items. Please email us here: customerservice@oolibeauty.com

If you have received a damaged or an incorrect order, please email us within 5 days from the date you received your order. 

Cancellation Policy:

Our goal is to get your order to you as quickly as possible and our order-fulfillment and shipping systems are designed to do just that. Therefore, we can only cancel your order if shipping has not been processed.

Sale items:

Only regular priced items may be returned or refunded.

Late or missing refunds:

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Spillage or Broken Items: WE REQUIRE PICTURES OF THE DAMAGE TO MAKE A CLAIM FOR REPLACEMENT PRODUCT. WE DO NOT DO REFUNDS ON BROKEN OR SPILLED ITEMS.
