But we must warn you that your lack of sleep is costing you.
Staying up all night watching Netflix or hustling away working can’t happen forever.
You’ve got to turn it in at a reasonable hour to get some nourishing sleep - preferably 7-8 hours of sleep.
Trust us when we say, sleep is a form of self-care.
